三、導師生小團體線上填寫：114-2系統開放填寫，填寫期限至115/6/26(五)。
Online Reporting System for Advisor–Student Small Groups
The submission system for Semester 114-2 is now available. Please complete your submission by Friday, June 26, 2026.
四、校外工讀訪視(非強制)：導師可到校務系統的「導師查詢系統」進行填寫。
Off-Campus Part-Time Employment Visit (Non-Mandatory)
Advisors may access and complete the form via the “Advisor Inquiry System” in the University Information System.
五、校外租賃訪視：軍訓室(校安中心)網頁。
Off-Campus Housing Visit:
Please refer to the Military Training Office (Campus Security Center) website.

Advisor Referral: Please complete the “Breeze Care System” form.
八、班級輔導申請：每學期開放三個名額，可讓導師為導生辦理身心發展相關講座活動。
Class Guidance Program Application:
Each semester, three slots are available for advisors to organize lectures or activities related to students’ psychological and personal development.
